PMC Division
One of our strong expertise is Commercial Audit and techno commercial PMC to foresee and mitigate the risk of the expected deviation between actual output and planned one by capturing the technical and financial capabilities of all stakeholders.
Also, the impact of external forces on execution and how we can minimize the impact of the same on projects.
Residential
We successfully completed 2 residential projects and provided customised interiors as per the clients' requirements. Our project consisted of 150+ flats in total and was sold out before delivery.
We have a great team for interior projects, consisting of young professionals who have worked tirelessly on projects all over Mumbai and Delhi.
